Welcome to my blog. I’m Dave Smith and I’ll be adding to my blog regularly with hints, tips and my own experiences to help anyone involved or interested in Internet Marketing and it’s many guises.

I’ve been trying different things out for a while now, sometimes got distracted by ‘the latest best thing’ but usually pulled back on track by interesting posts and help from one of many contacts (see the ‘Other Cool Blogs’ category for some excellent advice from other marketers (not that I’m trying to discourage you from reading mine of course!).

Any newbies may be interested to keep a tag on my blog as I’ll post my mistakes as well as successes, plus will offer some freebies and useful offers, and news and tips that I come across from other marketers. Anyone more experienced may at least get a laugh or too!

I do a full time job too, busy hurtling round the country (UK) engineering part of the digital switch over programme for the television, so I may entertain you with some interesting snippets from time to time (not to distract too much from the main event though).

TIP:

If you buy something to use in your business, don’t just leave it around while you get distracted with the next thing thats’s offered. Use it, follow it through. My hard drive is littered with products I haven’t got round to using yet. Be disciplined, it will save you a fortune.

(Actually I got that advice from someone else (Randy Smith – see ‘Cool Blogs’ section) but haven’t always followed it, so don’t make my mistake).
